So my 2 loading days are behind me, I tried eat as much junk as I could and on the second day my body was yelling at me to stop. I was full and didn’t really wanted to eat much. Not that I never eat fast food, I did, just not so much in the same day.
First day I had cake for breakfast with coffee and 3.25% fat milk, lunch was burger and milkshake, for supper I made bacon and fat cuts of stake with pasta and cheese. Also Ice cream for the snack.
Second day I started with bacon, burger fries and slice of fat dripping pizza for supper , ice cream for desert and was more than ready to start my 500 calories diet
Today I woke up in a great mood and I hope this feeling will follow me for all of my 40 plus days :) I’m home today and I thought it might be hard to stay on track but it is actually easy , I have so much to do that I almost skipped lunch, but I didn’t I had a great chicken and spinach and it tasted great and was enough . Also had some tea to fill the space hehe
For supper I will make stake and cauliflower pure. Just can’ wait for more awesome recipe days :)
